We are aware of an issue causing intermittent latency and timeouts for some customers in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region when accessing McGraw Hill digital platforms. This may impact activities such as loading applications and creating or editing assignments. Our investigation indicates this issue is related to a regional internet service provider (ISP) disruption associated with an undersea cable outage in parts of Asia, which is impacting network connectivity into our platforms. We are actively working with our network and service partners to monitor the situation and restore normal performance as quickly as possible. Note: Customers in North America are not impacted at this time. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
